Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs will begin serving brunch every Sunday morning, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Brunch service will begin in just a few weeks. Menu highlights will include outhern-inspired dishes such as fried chicken and house-made doughnuts, open-faced biscuits piled with fried eggs, pimiento cheese, bacon, and sawmill gravy, short rib hash, eggs benedict and bacon-pecan doughnuts. Fresh-squeezed juice mimosas, specialty bloody marys, and a white peach sangria round out new brunch cocktails.
